As an operations manager, Managing day-to-day operations of both national and international freight movements, coordinating, supervising and controlling the entire team was the main duty. I optimize their time and workflows so the company can grow without adding more headcount. My immense communicative and negotiation skills in English,Arabic,Hindi helps me to achieve this. I have always empathized with both clients and managements from all over the world, dealt with senior profiles at all functional levels, making sure their expectations were met. When i am not working, I really enjoy spending time with my friends and family and I truly believe that they are my strong pillars of life, my main hobbies are playing badminton and swimming. It keeps me healthy and it's a greater de-stressor. It ensure that I'm always at my best while at work.
