Promoted to Senior Manager and was posted as Internal Auditor at Northern Zonal Audit Office. I have Conducted Risk Based Audit many Branches across NORTHERN INDIA with various exposures in Forex, LC, BG, Credit, Personal Banking, Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Whole sale banking, Agriculture, MSME, Corporate Loans, Deposits, Legal Compliance, RBI Rules Directives, Clearing operations, Treasury Functions, Asset liability management, Financial Ratios, Risk Management Functions and various Administrative rules and regulations. Also Headed various roles like Credit Head, Administration Head, Branch Head, Compliance Head and has involved in day in day out in the ground level problems of a Bank working in India. I have worked in leadership roles and have always added value in the growth of my organisation along with mentoring my juniors to be leaders in this new world. I have processed, recommended and sanctioned over loan applications under various schemes of the Bank under Retail, MSME, Agricultural credit portfolio along with 9 years of experience in managing the branch operations, currency chest operations, third party products and other day to day working of a bank with continuous business growth under all segments of Banking. This has given me vision, focus and skills to grow a bank/organization as a whole, keeping in view the ground level challenges being faced by the team along with increasing competition, pace of technology growth and identifying customers and giving best customer service there is. I want to employ this experience to an organization. I am accustomed to fast-paced projects where deadlines are a priority and handling multiple jobs is the norm. I enjoy the challenges and take pride in my work. Currently I am working as Senior Auditor at Bank of India and also pursuing CISA and CFA Level 1.
