SAM Projects Management: implementation and upgrade of SAM Tools; software approvals and report creations. SAM Tools: Hands on experience in SAM Audit tools like Snow. Ensures that software entitlements, agreements and installation files are stored properly in defined structure in Snow and SharePoint. Periodic removal of discontinued software. SAM Tool revamp: Supervised and completed the software entitlements correction in SAM Tool. Software Renewals: Ensures that all the software assets in organisation are under the required levels of support.
