An experienced and dynamic entrepreneur with excellent strategic and analytical abilities, I am currently engaged with Tata Trusts' Analytics, Insights, and Impact portfolio to deliver innovative technological solutions to some of society's most pressing challenges. My key engagements are: 1. Spearheaded the design, development, and management of well-scoped and well-structured investments (grants and/or contracts) to execute against the bodies of work related to Digital. Utilized innovative approaches that can be scaled in the public sector to achieve optimal outcomes 2. Collaborated with various vertical initiatives and cross-functional teams, offering input and review on investments that include Digital components. Built strong relationships with key Government Institutions, such as District administration, National Institution for Transforming India (NITI Aayog), Ministry of Rural Development, etc. as well as private IT partners on key digital programs and priorities that impact national and state level outcomes 3. Fostered the growth of the Digital partner ecosystem that enables the digital portfolio. Planned and organized convening, learning sessions, and workshops with different verticals within the Trusts and external stakeholders 4. Utilized data and learning from various programs within the portfolio to ensure continuous learning that shapes future strategy, policy, and programs. Conducted thorough analysis of grants and contracts, grantee progress reports, and wrote high-quality briefing documents that generated key insights for leadership and the portfolio 5. Anchored the monthly review meetings to track regular progress of various projects worth INR 100 Cr within the portfolio and strategized the solutions for any bottlenecks 6. Led the product vision, roadmap, and strategy based on the problem statement/requirement identified from relevant stakeholders. Specified the research needed to conduct the requirement assessment for determining and representing the needs of stakeholders 7. Reviewed existing data collection/monitoring/visualization product specifications and requirements and evaluated new product/feature ideas 8. Collaborated with themes and technical partners to ensure the fulfilment of business case goals 9. Conducted peer product analysis for new features and contextualized those in terms of programmatic requirements to enhance the efficiency of existing systems/new developments
