With over 15 years of experience across Technology Product, Application Performance Monitoring (APM), HRMS, eCommerce, Edtech domains, I bring extensive expertise in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Security Operations, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). I have successfully built and scaled DevOps, Platform, SRE, and SDET teams from the ground up in organizations such as AppDynamics, Agilon Health, and Allen Digital. I’ve led globally distributed teams and large-scale initiatives across both on-prem and cloud environments. With a strong focus on reliability, I’ve ensured the delivery of services within defined SLIs/SLOs and error budgets, while adhering to industry standards in security, compliance, and governance. My technical toolkit includes orchestration of Kubernetes clusters, automation of Helm-based deployments, and multi-cloud service management across AWS, Azure, and GCP. My core strengths lie in architecting modern CI/CD pipelines, enabling GitOps-driven workflows, and integrating security early in the SDLC through Shift Left strategies with SAST and DAST. I’m highly proficient in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, GitLab, Terraform, Python scripting, and other DevOps tools that enhance automation and agility. In recent leadership roles, I’ve overseen the design and implementation of complete end-to-end systems covering network architecture, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD (GitOps),Security(Shift Left), Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning (DR/BCP), observability, SRE practices, and Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs). These initiatives enhanced self-service capabilities, introduced DORA metrics-driven dashboards, and improved developer productivity by 20–25% through seamless integrations and automation.
