An Executive MBA graduate from IIM Calcutta in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. Presently, working as a Lead Consultant with Infosys Ltd in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain practice. Currently Working with a Global FMCG Client to improve the Supplier Onboarding journey by deploying DPA software across 5 different verticals of 6 different regions to streamline the Onboarding process and reduce the throughput time. This includes training sessions for all stakeholders of to-be processes, building the implementation roadmap by understanding the criticality, operational feasibility, and UX impact of to-be processes. Prior to joining IIM-Calcutta, I worked at Maruti Suzuki India Ltd for 9.75 years, India's automobile giant in the Passenger Vehicle Segment in the New Product Development division with diverse experience in Digitalization, business process improvement, and Risk Mitigation and Project management. Through the implementation of Industry 4.0 solutions, I was able to resolve product traceability and segregation issues by 90%. Delivered various VA-VE and localization projects which resulted in saving around INR 5 Cr/annum on the Cost of Goods Sold for my organization. In Maruti-driven design projects, By the digital twin approach, I was able to save 5% of the Fuel Efficiency of the engine to retain the competitive advantage in the market.
