About Akhilesh Krishnan

I’m an automotive engineer with over a decade of experience growing businesses across the mobility and tech sectors. I’ve launched vehicles in new international markets, turned around underperforming regions, and led teams through everything from product rollouts to sales process overhauls. Whether it was doubling volumes in Peru or building a SaaS tool from scratch to fix a broken sales pipeline, I’ve always focused on solving real problems and delivering results. My journey started in rural India, working hands-on with dealers and customers. Since then, I’ve worked across South America, Europe, and India, managing strategy, partnerships, and operations for Mahindra and later for tech startups. I’ve learned to move between the boardroom and the field, understanding what customers need and what businesses can deliver. Now I’m pursuing an MBA in Sustainable Mobility at TU Berlin to deepen my understanding of how we can build smarter, cleaner transport systems. I'm especially drawn to E-mobility, EV charging ecosystem and digital mobility solutions, areas where I believe both impact and opportunity are real. At the core, I care about building things that work for businesses, for people, and for the future of mobility. Currently pursuing an MBA in Sustainable Mobility Management at TU Berlin, I am dedicated to aligning innovation with positive social impacts within the mobility sector. My passion for the future of mobility drives me to address the challenges of contemporary and future transportation systems through advanced technology and strategic partnerships, aiming to foster both business efficiency and societal welfare. As a professional with a broad international perspective and strategic vision, I am looking to promote sustainable development and transformative change in the mobility landscape.
