About Akiel Muhammad

Hello, my name is Akiel Muhammad, and I am an alumnus of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I am a Communication Studies major and am fascinated by the exchange of messages that we often take for granted. Communication studies is a dynamic field, and I am interested in seeing how technology and innovation will continue to adjust the way we transact meaning. After working in retail, childcare, and customer service, I have learned that I am a people person. Every interaction is different, and that is something worth appreciating. Some other interests I have are statistics, marketing, and programmatic advertising. I have taken intermediate Arabic courses and have basic knowledge of the language. Also, I edit videos in iMovie as a hobby. I look forward to conversing with you all.
