English Translation I serve as the HR Manager at OPTIMIND, a startup developing **Loogia**, a service dedicated to optimizing last-mile logistics. Our vision is to "Optimize the World’s Last Mile." The name **OPTIMIND** is a coined term combining **Optimization** and **Mind**, reflecting our philosophy and the approach we aspire to embody. At OPTIMIND, our goal is to contribute to society by solving real-world challenges through technology. However, our concept of "optimization" goes beyond mere efficiency improvements or cost reductions. We emphasize achieving **true optimization grounded in reality**, not only through technological solutions but also by integrating human insights and expertise. While technology is a powerful tool for transforming society, its effective application requires human knowledge, experience, and empathy. By listening to the voices of those on the frontlines, we aim to address the complex challenges society faces with solutions that are both sustainable and enriching to people’s lives. Within this context, my role is to create an environment where every team member can maximize their value and achieve sustainable growth, thereby building a foundation to achieve the company's business goals. I design and implement HR strategies that integrate recruitment, development, evaluation, compensation, and engagement. Collaborating closely with the management team and frontline leaders, I constantly explore how HR can contribute to business growth. With a focus on **delivering sustainable growth while maintaining a sense of urgency**, I embrace the unique challenges of working in a startup every day.
