I often find myself in deep reflections and have come across the question most of us have asked ourselves at some point in our lives-"What's missing?". For a while I thought having a certain job title and salary equated to success, but I quickly realized that wasn’t the case. For me, it’s about impact and how I can contribute while I’m alive on this Earth. I want my work to really help people. I want to create things that matter and I’m currently on a mission to fulfill that. My life’s journey and professional career has allowed me to incorporate my unique perspective when problem solving for organizations. As a PM and Business Analyst I have-Led software development projects -Created and implemented organizational processes -Designed systematic approaches -Modernized workplaces through a holistic approach -Provided strategic branding solutions -Bridged the gap between the tangible and intangibles -Built relationships with key stakeholders and executive leadership What I've come to believe and know, is that people are the soul and heartbeat of all things business, essentially, how things are functioning internally will determine the success of the outputs. I love observing and working with people to connect the dots to help build their ideal ecosystem. If you’re looking to collaborate with a quick fixer, chances are, it’s not me you’re looking for.
