About Akilah Carr

I'm an HR professional specializing in Talent Acquisition, dedicated to finding and hiring top talent while ensuring candidates have a positive and seamless hiring experience. I truly believe that recruiting isn't simply filing roles, but building relationships, fostering engagement, and creating a hiring process that really reflects the company's core values! With experience in full cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, professional development, and HR operations, I thrive in fast- paced environments that allow me to connect people with opportunities that align with their skills and career goals. In addition to the recruitment side, I have experience supporting employee relations, benefits administration, payroll processing and HRIS management.
