About Akimi Oya

I am a Commercial Realtor with Monica Hayes Team at Lepic-Kroeger Realtors, serving the Iowa City Corridor region. My journey in real estate began as an investor, purchasing rental properties and building systems for effective management. What truly captivated me about real estate was the opportunity to build meaningful relationships within the community and to help clients navigate their real estate journeys with confidence. Whether working with first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors, I am dedicated to defending my clients’ best interests and guiding them through the ever-evolving housing market. My core values— inclusivity, equity, and a commitment to delivering genuine value— underpin everything I do. I believe in offering transparency and unwavering dedication to every client I serve. I hold the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation and specialize in both residential and commercial real estate.
