As a Project Manager in Pfizer’s Development Japan (DJ), I manage cross-functional teams to drive strategic execution across drug development. My career spans over a decade in pharmaceutical operations, including formulation development, technology transfer, and global regulatory coordination. As a formulator, I’ve successfully managed lab-scale, pilot-scale (clinical) and commercial-scale initiatives, contributed to multiple NDAs, and supported PMDA and EMA approvals. My experience includes developing patient-centric dosage form such as Orally Disintegrating Tablets, as well as implementing advanced manufacturing technologies and collaborating with global teams to introduce technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency. With a strong foundation in science, a collaborative mindset, and fluency in English and Japanese, I thrive in matrixed environments—translating strategy into action and fostering innovation that improves patient outcomes.
