About Akiva Abelman

In my current role as Product Manager in the Word Wide Technical Support group, i am responsible for the end to end process of new prodcuts implementation (NPI), from the early testing stages of the prodcut, managing Beta tests and supervising the release from the service aspect. My group's primary goal is to improve our customers success and service experience based on data driven decisions and smart KPI's, and improving service processes by innovation ideas and implemeting new tools. I am also responsible for managing escalations, supporting Cyber Security strategies and incidents. and defining and implementing EOSL (End Of Support Life) strategies. I am passionate about customers and their success, deeply understand their needs and I have vast knowledge in service processes and experience in the expanding and innovative Digital printing industry.
