About Akram Patel

As a Chef De Partie at InterContinental Riyadh, I have honed my skills in managing daily operations of the Hot Section at All-Day Dining Restaurant AL Bustan. I prepare exceptional dishes in line with the restaurant's standards and seasonal menus, while also assisting in menu planning and quality checks. I collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine to develop new recipes and contribute to seasonal menu updates, experimenting with diverse flavors and techniques. Additionally, I train and guide junior kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment. Prior to this, I gained valuable experience as a Commis 1 at The Westin Doha Hotel & Spa and a Commis Chef at Hyatt Regency, where I assisted in food preparation and plated dishes for busy restaurants, worked in various themed nights, and supported banquet operations during major events. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from ANJUMAN-I-ISLAMS INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES AND INSTITUTE OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT. I am passionate about delivering high-quality food and service, and I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques in the culinary field.
