About Akriti Kumar

A dynamic, innovative, and results-driven healthcare operations leader with over a decade of experience driving strategic initiatives, optimizing practice management operations, and leading high-performing teams in complex healthcare environments. With an MBA and 10+ years of diverse experience spanning analytics, change management, and people leadership, I thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution—turning data-driven insights into impactful operational improvements. My passion lies in streamlining processes, enhancing patient care services, and driving efficiency in areas like Anesthesia, Telehealth, Psychiatry, Neurology, and beyond. I am always seeking opportunities to apply my expertise in program and operations leadership to organizations looking to improve performance, scale effectively, and navigate change with confidence. Outside of work, I recharge by spending quality time with family and friends, exploring new destinations, weightlifting, and discovering the best coffee spots in town. Let’s connect and explore how we can drive meaningful impact together!
