I am a highly motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed in the challenging business sector. I am a sociologist by education and a content moderator, customer service executive, and assistant teacher by profession. I possess good communication skills and I am comfortable working with people at all levels and from varied disciplines. I am keen to utilize my skills and experience in a dynamic and stable workplace that offers opportunities for growth and advancement.Professional ExperienceI started my professional journey as a Transaction Process Associate at Accenture in June 2018, where I was responsible for reviewing advertisements on different social media sites as per their guidelines and policies. I worked there for 11 months before joining Rainbow International Preschool as an Assistant Teacher in May 2019. I worked there for a year before joining WNS Global Services in August 2021. At WNS, I am currently working as a Customer Service Executive for Expedia Travel process, where I am responsible for handling packages, making changes to hotel or car or shuttle service when there is an airline schedule change. It's a blend process where I make outbound calls and make changes to reservations or send email as per passenger request. I work on Amadeus, Sabre, and Farelogics.Skills and ExpertiseI possess good presentation and research skills and am proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I have hands-on knowledge in handling GDS such as Amadeus and Sabre. I have the ability to work with people at all levels and from varied disciplines.Achievements and Extracurricular ActivitiesI have actively participated in various extracurricular activities and achieved significant milestones. I have done a survey for "Population First" NGO on the topic "Attitude of Women towards Gender Violence." I have also worked for "ChildLine" on the issue of "CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE" as an intern. I was the Logistics Head of the National-level conference of students on "Contemporary Social Issues in India" organized by the Department of Sociology & Social Science Association of S K Somaiya College of Arts, Science, & Commerce. I have also participated in a Gender training workshop on "Women, Marginalities, & Representation" in collaboration with Shramjeevi Sanghatana, Mumbai & Population First, Mumbai in the Department of Sociology, University of Mumbai.
