About Akshata Bhat

A business leader with 15+ years of progressively diverse experience from owning a portion of a project to having multiple team responsibilities. After completing my MBA in Finance and Marketing, I started my professional career as a financial analyst at a startup company, followed by a business analyst role at IBM. In my current role, I head a multi-functional team with a $ 5+ million yearly revenue. The current responsibilities include project management, P&L management, People management, Delivery management (SLA), business strategy/process re-engineering and execution of strategy roadmaps, client engagements, and managing the business analyst team. Through my experience as a business leader, I have developed a great mix of industry experience, strategic thinking, and execution-based delivery skills.My passion is to lead, develop, support, and nurture a team of high-performing individuals, to achieve their full potential, both in and outside the workplace
