I'm a Data Analyst with hands-on experience in transforming complex datasets into strategic insights that drive impact across business, social, and academic domains. Currently, I’m a Data Science Intern at Cultural Infusion, contributing to the Diversity Atlas tool through advanced analytics focused on workforce diversity and inclusion. Also building a new algorithm to identify language disparity at given workplace. Previously, I worked as a Data Analyst at Merkle, where I led A/B testing initiatives and used tools like SQL, BigQuery, and Adobe Analytics to optimize the customer experience for a global retail brand. I've also worked with Grant Guru, analyzing nonprofit funding patterns to improve grant allocation, and gained consulting exposure at Ugam Solutions, where I developed SQL-driven pipelines and forecasting models for e-commerce clients. My academic background includes a Master of Analytics from RMIT University, where I also served as a Peer Mentor, helping students excel in statistical computing, forecasting, and programming with Python and R. I hold a Bachelor’s in Computer Science Engineering and have supplemented my education with certifications in Power BI, Cloud Computing (AWS), and Cybersecurity.
