I currently lead video production at Pepperfry, where I’ve spent the last three years shaping brand first content that blends story, aesthetic, and strategy. From campaign films to stylised product visuals and trending reels, I handle the process end-to-end from planning to execution. My role involves directing shoots, strategising and managing the video production calendar, and aligning our output with the brand’s larger marketing and creative goals. Whether it’s a high-production campaign or a quick turnaround reel, I focus on crafting visuals with feeling, form, and intention. Before this, I led production teams at UpGrad for business and Aadhyam Integrated, managing high-pressure shoots and working closely with cross-functional teams. These roles gave me a deep understanding of both the creative and logistical sides of filmmaking and taught me how to deliver with clarity, even under pressure. Highlights: Directed & led award-winning campaigns like “Humse Poocho” and “Fashion for Home”, which won Best Brand Marketing Campaign at the MARTECH Awards 2024 (Pepperfry) Employee of the Year – Pepperfry, 2023 Employee of the Year – UpGrad for Business, 2019
