I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (Computer architecture and VLSI) at Penn State University. My research interests are in exploring novel memory technologies for processing-in-memory (PIM) architectures. My thesis is titled "Stacked-3D and Processing-in-Memory Solutions for Data-Intensive and Persistent Applications" which explores multi-stacked SRAM designs using Monolithic-3D integration process and persistent-cache architecture using the novel non-volatile device (Ferroelectric FETs).
