Whether it’s helping a guest feel more at home, supporting a client through change, or fine-tuning a process behind the scenes, I enjoy solving problems in ways that create value and build trust. My experience spans service design, account management, and business development, with a strong focus on relationship-building and thoughtful execution. I believe that lasting success—whether in hospitality or technology—comes from understanding people’s needs and delivering consistently, with empathy and intent.
