As a Process Engineer with experience in managing safety protocols and qualifying engineering processes and tools, I bring forth leadership, commitment, and knowledge from working with engineers and project managers. I have a solid foundation in Lean Six Sigma Methodologies, Power BI, JMP, SQL Pathfinder, data analysis, failure analysis, process audits, process efficiency improvement, equipment troubleshooting, safety assessments, FAB, cost-reduction strategy development, labor hours/cost management, quality control, Jira, GitHub, ServiceNow, and CI/CD. At Intel Corporation, I have implemented new products, technologies, and qualified new process tools. I have planned, developed, and executed validation tasks for sustaining/new tools. I have also implemented statistical process control (SPC) techniques to make sure that important process parameters are adequately tracked and documented. My thorough review of current process performance has led to preparing reports and analyzing costs and feasibilities on a weekly and monthly basis. As a Process Engineer at Intel Corporation in Oregon, USA, I worked on new technology transfer for a new FAB in Ireland, qualified new tools for new processes, and executed process validation activities. For qualifying activities, I created risk assessments, deviation responses, and summary reports. I was responsible for developing new Process procedures for validating all the parametric of the tools were within limits. I also reviewed production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities. Throughout my career, I have consistently provided data-driven suggestions for process optimization, capacity analysis, and operational planning support. I have proactively fixed minor issues after organizing and planning repairs for faulty manufacturing equipment. Additionally, I have developed and implemented project management processes, standards for quality assurance, and best practices.
