As an experienced Condition-Based MonitoringEngineer at Bharat petroleum corporation limited mumbai refinery SPM Instrument India Pvt Ltd, I specializein collecting data on scheduled equipment, creatingequipment roots on Conmdaster Ruby and Ams suit,and monitoring temperature and RPM whilemaintaining records in Excel. My expertise alsoincludes complete vibration data collection,monitoring, and physical observation of rotatingequipment such as steam turbines, compressors,pumps, fans, low-speed machines, blower gearbox,motors,I have a proven track record of identifying problems inmachinery by carrying out natural frequency, run-upcost down, and bump tests to identify resonanceproblems. My ability to analyse machine dataobtained from software, conduct vibration and phaseanalysis, and generate suitable solutions has mademe successful in Refinery, Petrochemical, Cementplant My experience in using instruments such as Infinity (SPM INSTRUMENT) and CSI 2140(EMERSON) has further enhanced my knowledge andexpertise in the field.
