A Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe Practitioner with over 13 years of experience leading Agile transformations, building high-performing teams, and optimizing delivery processes across automotive, agriculture, and embedded software domains. My Journey in Agile & Leadership: At KWS, I’m driving the Agile journey in a newly formed Scrum environment within the agriculture software domain. With Agile practices still evolving across teams, my role involves coaching team members and stakeholders, establishing Scrum ceremonies, and creating foundational Agile processes. I focus on bridging knowledge gaps, introducing SAFe principles, and supporting innovation in agri-tech solutions. Previously at Robert Bosch GmbH, I worked within a SAFe ecosystem supporting embedded software development for the automotive sector. I collaborated closely with Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Product Owners, and Agile teams to execute PI Planning, sprint delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role required navigating a hybrid Agile-Waterfall model, aligning large-scale system requirements with iterative Agile practices. At NITS Solutions, I was among the first core team members, joining when the company was just taking shape to expand & establish in India. Initially hired to manage HR operations, I went on to scale the company from 2 to over 100+ employees. I built Agile-driven development processes from the ground up, introduced practices, and helped deliver enterprise-grade solutions for clients like Volkswagen, Audi, Volvo, and Mercedes-Benz.
