Currently working as Quality Assistant at Aravind Eye Hospital Chennai, learning practical insights on Accreditation along with patient care as topmost necessity- Learning the fundamentals of management, specializing in hospital and healthcare system and that too during COVID as project intern during my course and post COVID at Aravind Eye Care made me to understand the operations at its critical stage- Involved in doing projects in various areas of healthcare to implement Lean management process and efficiency in operations. Confidentiality, Patient care management, Office management, Internal auditing, operations and administration includes my skills exhibited in the role- Served as a member at the University Student Council (2021-2022), Institution Innovation Council member (2021 - 2022) and Professional Service Director of Rotaract Club of SRIHER (2021 - 2022) which filled me with insights about managing and working with people from diverse backgrounds, and the lockdown helped me to enhance my knowledge in modern communication systems- Aspired to be a part in the process of betterment of world by enhancing the business market. To me it means, with the help of my knowledge in business, improving my understanding towards operations, sustainability and organizational culture- Needless to say, intended to grow better
