In my role as Lead – Solutioning & Implementation, I collaborate closely with merchants to deliver customized solutions tailored to their business models, technical environments, and treasury workflows. My work spans solution design, API implementation, payments consulting, filling RFP's, and compliance alignment, backed by a deep understanding of global payment systems and treasury operations. Prior to Finmo, with WebEngage, I worked in onboarding and implementation as a Project Manager, assisting new-age D2C and BFSI clients in adopting WebEngage’s marketing automation platform. I helped brands improve user retention, engagement, and data-driven personalization, enabling them to derive actionable insights and enhance customer lifetime value. Earlier at Exotel, I successfully delivered large-scale implementation projects for enterprises including Flipkart Health, Pharmeasy, Zomato, Shiprocket, Bluestar, Khatabook, and Juspay. My responsibilities involved technical onboarding, API integrations, and providing end-to-end implementation and troubleshooting support during project rollouts. Before that, during my tenure at RBL Bank, I focused on building banking partnerships with emerging fintech startups, helping them integrate payment APIs across UPI, PPI cards, and digital wallets, and enabling seamless digital payment experiences.
