About Akuta Chima

As an Account Officer at Communication Towers Nigeria Limited, I ensure the payment and justification of per diem and transport for employees sent out on the field, organize archiving and filing of all HR and administrative documents, and develop and maintain financial reports. I also conduct monthly bank reconciliation, reconcile financial discrepancies, and reconcile inventory accounts, assisting in the improvement of internal controls related to inventory and cash. With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Maiduguri and a professional Accounting degree from Nigerian College of Accountancy, I have acquired multiple skills and certifications in retail operations, customer relationship management, and problem solving. I have also demonstrated my ability to deliver optimal service and value in business environments, working as a Retail Sales Specialist and an Assistant Manager at Essenza, where I managed sales floor activities, trained and coordinated staff, prepared and analyzed sales reports, and developed local marketing and advertising strategies. I am a highly organized and performance driven individual, who adapts to changing business needs and meets deadlines and exceeds goals.
