About Akylles Barros

Summary Challenges fuel me, especially those that keep me awake at night. From these challenges, I extract as much knowledge as possible to apply to future endeavors. I'm religiously obsessed with user experience and driven by innovation and process improvement. My story: At the age of 8 (2008), I started in technology, working at my father's LAN house installing games, formatting computers, and assisting with mobile services. From that moment, I knew I'd work in technology for life, and every decision I made pointed towards that direction. In high school, I took up electrotechnical studies - the closest to technology available to me - which later led me to study Electrical Engineering at the Federal Institute. In 2020, I began studying programming through bootcamps, and in 2021, I ventured into the world of RPA, where I currently work as a developer. Currently: I've worked as a frontend developer, handling HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, diving into React.JS and Flask to develop Landing Pages and capture pages, as well as web systems. Implemented RPA development with Python at Autoglass Brazil. I work on automations using Python and Automation Anywhere, and solutions that employ REST APIs, AI (OCR's & Pysseract). Focusing on data analysis for viability and maintaining peak bot performance, Hyperautomation, negotiation for project presentation, and liaising with the BU and UX to facilitate bot-business area interactions. I conduct financial and technical feasibility analysis of RPA processes, using Business Process Management (BPM) tools. I'm involved in requirement gathering, process design for automation, and drafting technical documentation: PDD (AS IS and TO BE processes), SDD, and TDD. Lastly, I handle the support and maintenance of automated RPA processes, always using agile methodologies (Lean and Kanban) in project execution.
