About Al Carter

I have a passion for learning, teaching, and working in jobs where I feel a part of something bigger than myself. Some of my long-term goals include publishing fiction, non-fiction, teaching the English language and literature, and working with international friends to strive for peace in North Korea. Most of my publishing efforts are directly related towards these and similar goals. My Meyers-Briggs test results are ISFJ- I work well in a team or alone, am a self-starter, and push for excellence in my professional endeavors. My top 5 Clifton StrengthsFinder Themes are: Input, Learner, Maximizer, Ideation, and Achiever. My background in Biblical/ Theological Studies helps me to contextualize situations and I consider myself exceptionally skilled at communicating with Christian church members. I'm very proud of my bookshelf, love to read, write, and synthesize ideas in the classroom with real life experience.
