My role as a National Sales Representative at CARFAX involves working with insurance companies and law enforcement to provide information services that help expose fraud and suspicious activity. I support law enforcement by offering technical expertise and dedicated account management. I have successfully generated new leads, increased revenue, and retained loyal clients, thanks to my skills in sales, business development, and customer relationship management (CRM). I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to solve real-world problems. I am currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science at Northern Virginia Community College, with a focus on information technology. I have obtained multiple certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect and CyberOps Associate, to demonstrate my proficiency and enhance my career prospects. My goal is to combine my sales experience and technical knowledge to deliver innovative and value-added solutions for CARFAX and its customers.
