About Al Lucas

I have over 20 years of experience managing all aspects of building maintenance – including janitorial, building maintenance and engineering, redesigning, remodeling, designing, constructing, and all purchasing and selling functions of real estate transactions. I also have 20 plus years of experience managing and directing in a natural gas / electric utility industry and business development, economic development, community relations, selling and customer service. Prior to joining ISS Facility Services in 2012; he was the Vice President of Operations at Able and created a new region in the Rocky Mountain states and expanded business across the U.S to 21 states. Prior to Able I was the Vice President of ABM-OneSource janitorial businesses in Denver. During my 5 years in this position I built the portfolio to 38 million sq. ft. and managed all types of commercial and industrial facilities. I was the Managing Director of Real Estate and Facilities with Xcel Energy during three major mergers and consolidated all business entities into a 10 million sq. ft. portfolio across 14 states. There I developed a fully outsourced model and managed all aspects of real estate, building maintenance, design and build. This included managing an $83 million dollar budget, which included $25 million in Real Estate leases and more than $1 billion dollars of owned assets. I have a Bachelor of Science Business Administration Degree which I earned from the University of Phoenix.
