About Al Malone

My objectives has changed in the last 25 years I've been in the Livery business for over 24 years started out as a hobby then I decided to take it the next level turn it into a full time business. I was told when I got laid off In 1994 they were going to “Corporate down size” I enrolled in a corporate job placement program for 2 weeks during that time they interviewed me to see what type of qualifications and skills I had they told me I have great leadership skills and would I consider being a manager of a business or owning a business at the time I had no interest owning a business or becoming a manager a week later I was interviewed by MCB Architect in Denver, Colorado when I accepted the offer he said he was hiring me because he liked my personality and people skills. What I've learned over the years is even if you have a game plan your always having to improvise owning a business made me very flexible with my family I believe priority one is family this is why running a business worked me for because I was able to be with my boys at all of their major events two graduated college and the youngest is a junior in College and now I'm Semi retired looking for my next venture.
