About Al Mann

For more than 15 years, Al has led AccessChannel, the industry leader for managing, supporting and servicing emerging vendor distribution relationships. Over that time, AccessChannel has facilitated over $200million of revenue from 200 vendors through leading U.S. technology products distributors. In addition to co-founding AccessChannel, Al has been involved in launching five other technology supply chain services companies; Proficio, Channel Connect, Channel-Data, Channel Direct and ChannelSolv. Al's vast senior executive management experience includes positions with distributors and logistics consulting companies. Al was Senior Vice President of Product Management at Ingram Micro - the world’s largest distributor of technology products and services. Al worked at Ingram for 12 years and was responsible for all activities relating to Ingram Micro’s 1,500 vendors and SKU’s. Al founded AEM Consulting where he provided clients outsourced distribution services and expertise in purchasing strategy, inventory management, and supplier relationships. Recruited by Pacific Rim Capital to be their Vice President for their technology products and services, Al drove profit growth and enhanced supplier relationships. Al has almost forty years of operating and management experience in the computer products distribution and reselling channel. He has a demonstrated track record of successfully growing gross margins, developing and motivating people, minimizing costs, increasing efficiency and productivity and improving cash management.
