Prior to Hotwire, Al was the CIO for Portal Software, VeriFone/HP and Adobe Systems. Prior to his CIO positions, Al was a VP of Engineering at Adobe Systems, a Test Engineering manager at Apple Computer, a Business Unit Director & VP of Engineering for Schlumberger Technologies, a Director of Software at MSI Data and held various technology and marketing positions at Xerox. Al was a contributing author of the CIO Wisdom book that represents the best practices of leading CIO’s from the Silicon Valley and the latest book titled CIO Perspectives. Al holds a Certificate of Technical Business Management from UCLA and BA in Mathematics from Brooklyn College.
