Aon plc (NYSE:AON) is the leading global professional services firm, providing a broad range of risk, retirement and health solutions. I am responsable for the business unit Fleet Automotive for the Benelux and member of the Belux Executive Committee, managing a team of 70 people. Between 2011 and 2013, as Commercial Leader Benelux for GE Capital, I was managing the Sales Teams for GE Fleet Services and GE Equipment Finance with success. Every year's target was hit largely over 100% and the focus on new Fleet business was more than achieved, 22% of the volume came from new customers. In 2010, as Sales Director for Soltis, specialised in photovoltaic solutions, I was responsible for the commercial results on B2C and B2B level. Our goal was to lead the Commercial team by optimising the Green Energy solutions via solar panels towards companies. Before Soltis, I joined Rentys, an IT Leasing company, as an IT Finance Consultant, advising business financial solutions for IT Projects During 4 years, I have worked for GE Capital Solutions as a Key Account Manager in the leasing sector. Received 2 times the "Top Achiever's Award Europe". In the last year with GE, I became Sales leader, managing 4 account managers with success. Before GE, I worked over 5 years successfully for the Renault group, RCI Banque, still in the leasing business. Networking in the OEM dealer network was an important tool and strategy which I used very well to sell the companies financial services. My first job was at Budget Rent a Car, I ended up there after 7 years experience as the City manager, responsable for several agencies in Brussels.
