About Al Sinoy

Al Sinoy is an “Agility Leader” that forms high-performing teams, both in software development and administrative operational space. He has a a variety of styles to align on common goals and the experience to support the execution of outcomes to achieve those goals. Agile/Scrum and Lean/Kanban are the frameworks that Al educates teams on. Workshop Facilitation recipes (Design Sprints, Liberating Structures, Agile Games - to name a few) are the tools that he uses to make engaging gatherings aka “meetings”. Al is passionate about Agility and new ways of working to give continuous fresh life to work because time is too precious to be drained with waste. Al thrives in a culture where design thinking, rapid iteration and team collaboration is embraced. He was initially trained as a multi-faceted designer with a strong technical background before following the path into Agile Leadership roles (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile Coach). Currently a Development Director at Electronics Arts, Al’s agile work experience has spanned in various industries including: Mobile Games, App Development, Digital Post-graduate Education and in Telecommunication Enterprise.
