As sr. project manager my responsibility of planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria. This process involves using tools and techniques to manage the project's scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resources, and to communicate with stakeholders. As systems engineer I was responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex systems, such as computer networks, software systems, security, and backup including disaster recovery, this often involves analyzing the requirements of the system, designing its architecture and implementation, and as well managing its maintenance and evolution.
