Analyzed the internal dynamics of families around the world in regards to the functions, roles, responsibilities, environmental influences, and other interactions in society with a basis of individualism versus collectivism. Analyzed the process of human development across the lifespan with emphasis on research, theory, and influences on change. Created and analyzed ways in which to effectively develop and allocate resources including time, money, space, and social aspects in order to meet goals and make decisions. Incorporated a unique approach that builds on Hispanic family values, experiences, traditions, language and cultural strengths through a bilingual program that enhances family participation in adopting and maintaining healthy lifestyles.
