With over 14 years of experience experience in HR, logistics, administration, and government relations, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver excellence and value to Wärtsilä, a global leader in smart technologies and complete lifecycle solutions for the marine and energy markets. My core competencies include cost optimization, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, workforce development, and policy implementation. I am committed to advancing Wärtsilä's mission of enabling sustainable societies with smart technology, and to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture that empowers our people to innovate and grow. As the Head of Logistics, Administration, and Government Relation at Wärtsilä, I plan and execute cost optimization initiatives that align with global targets and objectives. I also provide input for business and strategic planning, and collaborate on cross-functional level to implement global initiatives. Additionally, I lead the development of the department’s strategic workforce planning process, and assist leadership in the design and implementation of workforce goals that are consistent with agency policies and purpose. I leverage my skills in employee benefits, human resources, training and development, and government relations to provide services and support operations by planning and implementing departmental policies and initiatives.
