About Alaa Rawas

As the UAE Field Services Manager at Future Pipe Industries, I lead the field operations mainly in UAE and in the GCC, MENA, North Africa, and East Asia regions, managing a team of 46+ engineers, supervisors, and technicians. I perform business feasibility plans, build the department operational strategy, promote QHSE driven environment, and evaluate and train the field services staff. I also build and safeguard relationships with clients, suppliers, and other business partners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services. I have a strong background in contracts, bidding, tenders, procurement, subcontracting, construction projects, quality management, innovation management, and technical marketing. I have handled various products, such as reinforced thermosetting resin pressure piping (RTRP)- GRE & GRP, reinforced thermoplastic pipes (RTP), and GRP manholes. I have successfully initiated, executed, and closed complex projects. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, a Master of Business Administration, and I am currently pursuing my second Master's Degree in Engineering Management at University of Leeds. I am motivated by learning new skills, overcoming challenges, and creating value for the company and the customers.
