An Experienced Mechanical Designer, Project Management consultancy PMC and Supervisor with more than fifteen (15+) years of experience Designing, Reviewing, and Supervising mechanical equipment, including but not limited to- Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC)- Medical gases system in a hospital per HTM 02-1- Firefighting systems include wet and dry systems- The plumbing system includes a water supply system and a drainage system- Steam systems for building services include laundry, CSSD (Central Sterile Supply Department), and heating systems- I’m well familiar with the international codes HTM, ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, UPC, BS, and CIBSE in addition to the local codes for Arab nations (Jordan, UAE, and KSA)- I have experience preparing schematic drawings and I/O lists for mechanical systems using the BMS (Building Management System)- Work on several projects as a mechanical engineer with experience in Jordan, the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council), including Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and the United Arab Emirates, as well as Iraq, Sudan, Algeria, and Nigeria. These projects featured hotels, high-rise buildings, office buildings, shopping centers, hospitals, and palaces. In addition to providing comprehensive engineering for all mechanical duties, I also prepare BOQs, prepare specifications, and design mechanical systems- Technical support for many projects, including shop drawing reviews, material submittal analyses, and inspections for the mechanical system on-site- Attend the TAB (Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing) for the mechanical system on site according to NEEB- Working Knowledge of Windows file management, Microsoft Office, and Outlook, and AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, and NavisworksThe main core of my experience in healthcare projects is that I designed and reviewed more than 10 healthcare facilities and the plot area for these projects ranges from 4500 m2 up to m2-In addition to my work experience, I have experienced instructor lectures on many topics to engineers at the Jordan Engineers Association.
