Achieving goals has always been my passion. The right blend of dedication, inspiration from mentors, team collaboration & self-development allowed me to engage in a multi-domain approach to healthcare business during which I enjoyed working in sales & marketing of healthcare technologies, healthcare projects management & healthcare management. I realized that healthcare business is all about the patients who demand a qualified healthcare professional, treatment with the best technology & to receive it safely in high standard healthcare processes. To attain these goals I have built my career on assisting my team & employers in introducing cutting edge technologies and solutions to the healthcare sector by delivering training and education that maximize the benefits of these solutions and ensure comprehensive utilization of the technology and designing the processes and SOPs that guarantee the patient’s safety and organizational efficiency keeping in mind the P&L and ROI that are satisfactory to all stakeholders while giving a paramount importance to the human factor. My experience in several GCC countries & the relations network duly created played a significant role in commencing every new challenge with the passion required to achieve in sales, marketing & healthcare management, bundled with my healthcare education as a specialized dentist and the certified courses in management & finance. My expertise are: 1-Building healthcare business divisions and product launch 2-New technology introduction and need creation 3-Clinics management & regulatory implementation 4-Business development 5-Design & digitization of processes in healthcare in general & dentistry in particular. Additionally, virtual haptics and robotics in dental training, 3D printing, digital dentistry workflow & IT and dental clinics & laboratories establishing & management were major highlights in the 28 healthcare projects I managed or worked on.
