Technical Solutions manager in Kyndryl Solution Practice. In this role I help our clients to transform, modernize, secure and manage the world's mission critical infrastructures and services. I work with sales teams, clients, partners, global offerings and delivery to ensure end to end consistency of our proposals to client, including cost, response to requirements, conformity, security & compliance, description and levels of service, transition and transformation projects, value proposition and innovation etc. In this role the ability to work as one team with client and all ecosystem ( partners, TPAs, contractors) and to be always aware of innovative offerings and technologies trends is a key factor. During the last 25 years I have been in several roles in IBM Global Technologies Services in presales and delivery: Solution Manager, New business validation manager, Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Development Manager in different organizations within IBM Technology Services ( France, Europe and Global teams). My background is management, both people and operationnal ( 10 years a a first line manager in different organizations) and also technical specialist, Infrastructure Management, Server platform and middleware support ( UNIX, Linux, Wintel, VMWare, Virtualization, Cloud, Security, middleware, business applications and operational client relationship). I have a strong experience in managing continual change, quality and service improvement plans, and transformation of IT support teams and processes ( transferts of activities into near and off shore Delivery Centers, contract transition and transformation and go to production; project management ), people management, Resource management including contractors and off-shore sourcing. Also strong experience in delivery management ( including on duty 24x7, major incident / crisis management).
