Possesses a robust blend of office and field experience, encompassing feasibility studies, cost estimating, technical oversight, planning, earned value management, cost control, risk and change management, and construction management. Has successfully delivered dynamic, results-driven management across diverse international locations, including Canada, the Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia), Africa, and Asia.
