Senior standardisation engineer for 3G, 4G, 5G. Started in 1995 as Orange representative to ETSI and ITU to define the 3G system. Consultant from to 2014 (main customers: ETSI and Orange). From 2014: ETSI employee. Main areas of competence- 3GPP project management (creator and owner of the 3GPP Work Plan, which is the tool to coordinate the work among all the 3GPP groups and to track the 3GPP past and short-term-future goals). Handling of the Work Plan since its creation in 2001(with minor interruptions)- view of the entire 3GPP work, thanks to the Work Plan and as editor of the 3GPP TR 21.9xx series of Technical Reports, which provides summaries of each complete 3GPP Release In parallel- Network service definition (SA1) since 2008 - Network architecture, from 1997 (ETSI SMG3) till 2005 (3GPP SA2)- Between 2005 and 2015, my flexibility and fast adaptability skills were used to boost and/or temporary help different ETSI groups (TISPAN fixed network, Railways Telecom, link with European Commission, in particular for eCall, mobile testing (RAN5), NAS protocols (CT1), etc.)
