I have extensive experience(more than 20 years) in the Healthcare Industry and before joining Medical EDI Services I was the National Customer Services manager for a major electronic switching company (Digital Healthcare Solutions) Mediswitch. I started off my career with Digital Healthcare Solutions as a Technical Consultant and progressed to being the KZN Branch Manager. I was transferred to Gauteng and appointed National Customer Services Manager. I received a number of accolades during my employment with Digital Healthcare Solutions. I was awarded the PQ Peritus Quorum award for commitment to excellence, professionalism and quality performance. I also received the CEO's award for my role in the quarterly Customer Satisfaction Survey where the index grew from 53% to 82% in 2 years.I have studied at various institutions and completed my IT support Diploma at Damelin and Programme for Management development at the Gordon Institute of Business. I believe that the success of any organisation is having good customer relationships. A solid relationship with your customers will help ensure that your business continues to flourish. My number one rule is if you do not look after your customers someone else will.
