I am a seasoned law enforcement professional with over two decades of experience in criminal investigations, major case management, and police training. Currently serving as a Detective Sergeant with the Toronto Police Service Homicide & Missing Persons Unit, I lead a team investigating complex and high-profile cases involving suspicious deaths and homicides across Toronto. In August 2025, I was selected as one of Ontario’s Multi-jurisdictional Major Case Managers, responsible for leading investigations that span multiple jurisdictions and require strategic coordination and inter-agency collaboration. I am a passionate educator and speaker, committed to advancing investigative excellence and professional development in policing. I serve as a part-time faculty member at Humber College, teaching in both the Police Foundations Program and the Post-Graduate Forensics Program. I regularly lecture at the Toronto Police College and the Ontario Police College on topics including: Major Case Management Search Warrant Drafting Frontline Supervisor Onboarding Homicide Investigations My instructional background includes a secondment to the Ontario Police College, where I taught Federal Statutes and Evidence in the Basic Constable Training Program. I am a certified Ontario Major Case Management trainer, with extensive experience developing and delivering training at both the Toronto and Ontario Police Colleges.
