At DocuSign EMEA, I was one of the first Solution Consulting hires, tasked with building the Pre-Sales function from the ground up. I recruited and developed high-performing teams of Solution Consultants, Technical Architects, and Value Engineers, introduced a consultative, outcome-driven approach, and established a multi-tier leadership structure with first- and second-line managers alongside a dedicated Key Account team. Promoted to EMEA Regional Leader, I realigned our engagement model to reflect regulatory and cultural nuances, optimized coverage and go-to-market motions, and partnered with Sales, Marketing, and Product to tailor strategies for the region. These efforts drove double-digit improvements in conversion rates and average deal size, cementing DocuSign EMEA’s position as a market leader and center of excellence. On the global stage, I’ve shaped Pre-Sales and GTM strategies, represented EMEA in product and customer experience forums, and frequently speak at DocuSign’s flagship customer events, Momentum. I ensure alignment across Customer Success, Partnerships, Business Development, Product, Pricing, and Marketing, translating regional insights into global impact while equipping our teams with the tools, skills, and mindset to deliver measurable outcomes.
