As a Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence leader with over 30 years of experience applying a CI mindset, and more than 15 years as a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I have seen first hand, how an engaged and empowered workforce can transform a business to deliver impactful internal and external customer centric improvements.I specialise in delivering what organisations need most: improved safety, efficiency, operational performance, cost management, workflow, higher quality and stronger compliance, engaged teams, and measurable business results, by empowering and enabling people to embed a sustainable Continuous Improvement culture.Having performed both hands-on technical and global strategic CI leadership roles, I have gained a unique perspective on improvement - from shop floor execution to executive-level transformation and strategic planning: 3–5 year operational strategy deployment. My approach blends strong technical expertise in Lean Six Sigma and process improvement with a coaching-led leadership style that develops people and empowers teams to drive improvement themselves.
